ServicesLB – Permitting and Licensing is the City of Long Beach’s online permit system. This portal is a fast and easy way to obtain a building permit for: Building Reroof, Electrical Panel/Subpanel Changeout, and Water Heater Changeout for Single Family and Duplex Dwellings.

This system also allows you to apply for planning entitlements related to Site Plan Review, Creative Sign Permits and Sign Programs.
